We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information only. It isn’t legal, health and safety, or employment advice for your particular situation. Please get advice that fits your circumstances before acting on it.
Free resources
Templates, checklists and guides we provide are for use within your own organisation. You’re welcome to adapt them for your workplace, but please don’t resell or republish them as your own.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logo and brand on this website belong to LearnLab or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you need our written permission for any other use.
Links to other websites
We sometimes link to other websites, such as WorkSafe or ACC. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can’t lawfully be excluded. If you are using the website for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn’t apply.
