Privacy Policy
We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you, and we never sell it.

This policy explains how LearnLab (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information through this website, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us:
- your name and work email address (required)
- your phone number, business name, team size and industry (optional)
- what you’re interested in, and anything you tell us about your situation
If you email or call us directly, we collect the information you choose to share. We don’t ask for more than we need, and you don’t have to give us optional details.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or discovery call if you’ve asked for one
- send you a resource you’ve requested
- keep a record of our conversations so we can help you properly
We won’t add you to a mailing list without your permission, and we never sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and deliver your messages:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects the contact form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Postmark delivers contact form emails to us, and your acknowledgement email to you.
These providers may store or process information outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We use them because they protect personal information with safeguards comparable to those in the Privacy Act. We don’t otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.
Storage and security
Contact form submissions are not stored on this website. They are sent straight to our email inbox and kept only as long as we need them to help you. To prevent abuse, the website keeps a short-lived, anonymised counter of form submissions (a one-way hash, not your IP address or email address), which expires automatically within 24 hours.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn’t run analytics. When you use the contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you’re a person rather than a bot. It may process technical information about your browser to do this, but it isn’t used to track you or for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it’s wrong. Contact us at hello@learnlab.nz and we’ll respond within 20 working days.
If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, please talk to us first. You can also complain to theOffice of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
