Your colours and logo
Learning sticks when it feels like part of the job, not something bolted on. Seeing their own workplace’s name and colours tells people “this is about us”, and makes it easier to connect what they learn to where they’ll use it.
Your people, places and processes
We use the real names of your health and safety rep, your first aiders and your manager, your actual sign-in process and your actual site hazards. People remember what’s relevant to them, and they’ll know exactly who to call.
Short, spoken and in plain language
Bite-sized modules people can finish in a smoko break, with a warm human voice for the messages that matter most. Listening is easier than reading for many people, and plain language works for everyone.
A home of its own
Your own web address means training isn’t a one-off link that gets lost in an inbox. It’s a place your team comes back to: to look something up, re-read a module, or find the handbook when they need it on the job.
Questions are welcome
Anyone can ask a question from any module. Their manager answers, or passes it to us, and when a question shows something could be clearer, we improve the course for everyone.
