How long until my team can start?
Usually within 10 working days of receiving your onboarding form. We email you as soon as your portal is live, and you can invite people straight away.
How does pricing work?
You pay per learner per year, plus a one-off $495 setup per course that covers tailoring it to your business. Prices are in NZD plus GST, billed annually, with 15% off when you take two courses and 25% off all three.
What do we get when we renew?
Every renewal includes an annual review of your tailoring, updates for any law or guidance changes, a fresh refresher module for returning learners, and your price locked in. It renews automatically, and you can cancel any time before your renewal date.
What happens if we don’t renew?
New learning stops at your renewal date, but your records stay: admins can still view and download certificates and reports. Reactivate within 90 days and there’s no setup fee and your price lock is kept.
Can we add courses later?
Yes. Add a course from your admin area at any time. It joins your existing subscription, prorated to your renewal date, and your bundle discount is recalculated.
Can we use it in our own LMS?
Courses run in your own LearnLab portal so your tailored content, reports and certificates stay together. If you need a SCORM package for your own LMS, talk to us about a bespoke licence.
What happens when staff leave or join?
Seats that haven’t been completed can be reassigned to someone new in a couple of clicks, and you can change your seat numbers any time from your Plan page.
